MiFID
NRP Securities ASA's clients are adviced to familiarize themselves with the following terms and conditions and are assumed to have accepted these terms as binding on themselves when they, after having received a copy of the General Terms and Conditions, give NRP Securities ASA an order or do business with NRP Securities ASA. As of 1 November 2007, the EU directive "Markets in Financial Instruments Directive" (MiFID) came into force in the EEA area. This directive aims to improve investor protection across national borders and to establish a single European market for financial services. Based on MiFID, a new Norwegian Securities Trading Act has been adopted.
