NRP Finans has an experienced arranger of real estate projects. Since start up in 2001 NRP Finans has arranged real estate transactions for a total value close to 17 bn. NOK. The current portfolio consists of approximately 40 projects with an aggregated gross value of about 9.5 bn NOK. The majority of the properties are located in Norway and Sweden, but we also have concluded transactions in both Denmark and Finland. We arrange projects throughout most property segments including logistics, industry, office, retail and hotel. Property development projects are also included in our portfolio, for example Sørenga in Oslo.
