NRP Real Estate 2010 AS is a closed end real estate fund established in December 2010. The investment mandate of the fund is to invest in commercial properties throughout the Nordic countries (excluding Iceland) with primary focus on larger properties within logistics/storage, retail and light industry.

The strategy is to establish a robust portfolio of modern properties bought at attractive levels with long term lease contracts to solid counterparts. The fund has an estimated time frame of 5 years with an expected dividend capacity of 5-8%. The size of the fund is capped at NOK 500 mill. in equity og the investment period runs until 31.05.2012.
