NRP Asset Management ASA’s clients are advised to familiarize themselves with the following terms and conditions, and are assumed to have accepted these terms as binding on themselves when they, after having received a copy of the General Terms and Conditions, give NRP Asset Management ASA an order or do business with NRP Asset Management ASA. As of November the 1st 2007, the EU Directive “Markets in Financial Instruments Directive” (MiFID) came into force in the EEA area. The purpose of this Directive is to improve investor protection across national borders and to set up a single European market for financial services. Based on MiFID, a new Norwegian Securities Trading Act has been adopted.
