NRP Asset Management ASA is managing Private Equity funds and UCITS funds.

Fund management includes making investment decisions and/or providing investment advise on behalf of the fund, as well as follow up and monitor investments and risks. NRP Asset Management has a investment philosophy focused at;

• Long term perspective to achieve attractive risk adjusted returns
• Cash flow generating capabilities of the underlying business today and for the long term
• Pro-active approach and collaboration to increase value, mainly within the Private Equity funds
• Fundamental analysis of the underlying business and industry

The funds managed have invested in a wide range of instruments and asset classes, including stocks, bonds, partnerships, loans and derivatives. The majority of investments are within shipping, real estate, offshore and banking/insurance, but investments in other industries are not excluded.NRP Asset Management ASA is regulated by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) with license to perform investment services as defined by Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 2-1 first paragraph # 4 and # 5 (active management of investors' portfolios of financial instruments on a client by client basis, and investment advice), as well as ancillary services as defined in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act  § 2-1 second paragraph #. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
